Wayne Rooney and his wife Coleen had flashbulbs popping at the premiere of their explosive tell-all documentary film Rooney last week.
The couple walked the red carpet at the world premiere of the Amazon film held at Home cinema in Manchester, but Wayne passed unnoticed in a baseball cap and hooded coat as he was spotted collecting a takeaway in Alderley Edge on Valentine’s Day.
The Manchester United icon, whose illustrious career and personal life is laid-bare in the documentary Rooney, stopped at Victors restaurant.

The dad-of-four was seen leaving with two bags after calling in to collect the lunch.
Coleen, 35, who married her childhood sweetheart in 2008 and has been with him since she was 16, opens up in the documentary about how Wayne’s past infidelity scandals have pushed their relationship to breaking point.
The supreme WAG says she stood by Wayne, 36, after he paid other women for sex, to keep the family unit together and because they ‘still love each other.’
Addressing Wayne’s cheating in the documentary, she admits “I’ve got to live with it.”
To mark Valentine’s Day, Derby County manager Wayne shared a hilarious throwback photo of himself and Coleen on holiday in Spain.
In 2003 he was famously photographed sucking on a giant lollipop while a smiling Coleen strolled behind him.
Posting the comical photo he wrote with lollipop and heart emojis: “Happy Valentine’s Day @coleenrooney.”
“SOLID GOLD,” approved TV presenter and comedian Paddy McGuinness with crying-with-laughter emojis.
And Manchester City player Jack Grealish also pressed the button on laughing emojis with applause.
While Coleen posted photos of Wayne and their sons Kai, 12, Klay, eight, Kit, six, and Cass, three.
And she lovingly captioned the montage with the message: “Happy Valentines Day to my gang. Love you all so much xxx”
In the film Coleen addresses the scandals that have surrounded their marriage and says: “I know people say ‘were they just staying together to keep the family unit together?’
““That was part of it, but also we still love each other.”
Coleen says the childhood sweethearts are now trying to draw a line under the incidents.
“Hopefully he’s learned and he doesn’t get himself into any of them horrible situations again,” she says.
