Uri Geller believes an energy source detected 4,000 light-years away could be the talk of “higher” beings from outer space and has now predicted a “massive landing soon”.

Legendary spoon bender Uri Geller has warned NASA to prepare for an imminent alien invasion.

The illusionist has raised the possibility of a ‘mass landing’ after scientists found a huge energy source 4,000 light-years away.

Uri, 75, believes humans may have stumbled upon the talk of ‘higher’ beings from outer space, the Daily Star reports.

The self-proclaimed psychic believes it means aliens are headed our way.

He announced on Instagram: “A team mapping radio waves in the universe has discovered something unusual that releases a giant burst of energy three times an hour and is unlike anything astronomers have seen before.

“I have no doubt that this is connected to an extraterrestrial intelligence far superior to our own.

“Start deciphering their messages! They’re preparing us for a mass landing soon! #nasa #hoova #spectra #spectra #aliens.”

Scientists said they had never seen anything like the ‘creepy’ new phenomenon before.

They think it could be a neutron star or white dwarf (collapsed cores of stars) with an ultra-strong magnetic field known as a ‘magnetar’.

Astrophysicist Dr Natasha Hurley-Walker, from Curtin University in Australia, said: “This object came and went for a few hours during our observations.

“That was completely unexpected.

“It was a bit creepy for an astronomer because there’s nothing known in the sky that does that.

“And it’s pretty close to us, about 4,000 light-years away. It’s in our galactic backyard.”

She said she thinks it’s an ‘ultra-long period magnetar’.

“It is a type of slowly rotating neutron star that has been theoretically predicted,” he said.

“But no one expected to directly detect one like this because we didn’t expect them to be that bright.

“In some ways, it’s converting magnetic energy into radio waves much more effectively than anything we’ve seen before.”

Last month, Uri said he was convinced aliens are preparing to ‘make contact’ with the human race.

He said: “They will probably land on the White House lawn or somewhere. All of our science fiction movies about alien encounters will come true.”

“I don’t think we’re talking thousands or even hundreds of years. If I had to guess, a rational, logical guess, I’d say in 60 or 75 years it will happen.”
