The Zuzenean, Lanbide and Provincial Council services reinforce telematic services and telephone assistance to guarantee service to citizens.
The institutions of the Basque Autonomous Community (CAV) y Navarra have temporarily suppressed the attention to citizenship in its face-to-face modality due to state of alarm decreed to try to cope with the expansion of the coronavirus.
