- Court papers found that Dalian Martin, 26, lied to security on two occasions
- Highbury Corner Magistrates Court put a stalking protection order against him
A super-fan of Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown has had a stalking protection order made against him after he scammed his way onto a film set with her.
The 18-year-old actress, who grew up in Bournemouth but is now based in LA, was filming in London for her latest film, Damsel, to be released on Netflix in 2023.
Highbury Corner Magistrates Court heard that Dalian Martin, 26, lied to security to get near the star at two venues while on set.
Court papers read: ‘Martin has on two occasions attended filming venues where high profile actress Brown is in attendance recording for Netflix and a live podcast.
‘Martin provided false information to security staff at each venue in an attempt to gain access to the venues and make contact with Brown for unknown reasons,’ The Sun reported.
Police were called to the set after the intrusion.
On May 16, the 26-year-old, who is of no fixed address, was accused of carrying out ‘acts associated with stalking’.

The interim stalking protection order prevents Martin from contacting Millie, who found fame as Eleven in Netflix’s Stranger Things, or her family and visiting locations where she may be.
Martin, who ‘poses a risk’ of harassment, is also not allowed to take still or moving images or her, follow or wait for her, and must notify police of any of his devices that allow him access to the internet. He also must hand over his social media accounts and passwords from him.
His profiles on social media appear to have been deleted.
If he does not comply with the order, he could end up in prison.
Dalian Martin is set to be back in court in relation to the interim order on July 7.
Stranger Things has just returned for its fourth season, and Bobby Brown wowed on the red carpet with boyfriend Jake Bongiovi at its star-studded premiere two weeks ago in New York.

The actress posed up in a white satin gown with a black mesh shoulder and a dramatic thigh-high slit up one leg.
Bobby Brown caused controversy in 2019 when she defended a male character, Joe Goldberg, who stalked a female author, Guinevere Beck, after becoming obsessed with her. At the time, she wrote on Instagram: ‘He’s not creepy, he’s in love with her and it’s okay.’
After her fans slammed the comment, she deleted the post.
While promoting the latest Stranger Things series, she is also filming for 2023 movie Damsel in London.
