Katie Price shared a cheeky picture of her and her fiancé Carl Woods to mark Valentine’s Day yesterday.
The 43-year-old thanked her husband-to-be for “looking after her” in the romantic post.
The former glamor model posted a snap of Carl having a nap on her lap while they were headed off on a holiday last year when Katie had two bandaged legs in the air after she broke her feet in Turkey.
She captioned the post: “We are shattered in this photo. But thought it would be a funny one. Happy Valentine’s Day @carljwoods, you’ve always looked after me since day one. I love you.”
Some of Katie’s fans enjoyed the cute snap but others mistakenly thought the couple were partaking in a rude act from the way Carl had laid his head.
One follower said: “I thought he was doing the deed then for a second.”
“Omg I had to zoom in to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks. What kind of a photo is this,” laughed another fan.
One wrote: “Where is his head.”
Another added: “Not the most romantic of Valentine’s Day posts I have to say.”
Meanwhile, Carl also made a sweet post for his other half on Valentine’s Day by posting a video which he captioned: “Happy Valentines Day Dolly @katieprice.”
In the video montage, the pair are seen together during different times throughout their relationship which included a romantic beach break, behind the scenes before TV appearances and magazine photoshoots.

The couple can be seen kissing and cuddling several times within the 30-second clip which included a voiceover from the sitcom Dawson’s Creek playing.
The actors from the American series can be heard talking about love and soulmates.
“What’s a soulmate?”, asks the character Lily Leery, played by Kristen Solt.
Dawson Wade Leery, portrayed by James Van Der Beek replies: “It’s uh… Well, it’s like a best friend, but more. It’s the one person in the world that knows you better than anyone else. It’s someone who makes you a better person.
“Actually, they don’t make you a better person, you do that yourself because they inspire you. A soul mate is someone who you carry with you forever. It’s the one person who knew you and accepted you and believed in you before anyone else did or when no one else would.
“Nothing can ever change that. Make sense?”
Carl and Katie’s fans found the video adorable – with some claiming the video made them cry.
