Though Stephen refrains from discussing his love life, the star opened up about why he thinks he’s been unlucky in love in a previous interview with Celeb Now.

The TV favorite said he felt his career had gotten in the way of finding someone special to settle down with.

“The last time I dated was about four years ago,” he explained.

“That makes me sound so sad! I need a life. I need to stop working so hard.”

In 2008, Stephen was linked to EastEnders star Emma Barton, who plays Honey Mitchell in the BBC soap.
