The 23-year-old model, who dated Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick, announced the news on Instagram.
She shared two photos of the dreamy sunset proposal and wrote in the caption: “Forever isn’t long enough.”
Elliot, who is a record label owner, got down on one knee in a beautiful location surrounded by candles and flower petals.
