Iceland, Aldi and Tesco issue warnings about Fray Bentos pies, biscuits and Easter eggs


Various UK supermarkets have issued warnings and product recalls for pies, butter, biscuits and chocolate eggs due to a variety of issues highlighted by the Food Safety Agency

Some Kinder products may contain Salmonella

Brits are being urged to check their kitchens for a number of products supermarkets have issued warnings about.

Asda, Iceland, Aldi and Tesco have all sent out alerts about certain foods, urging customers not to eat them.

Anyone who has bought the affected items can return them to the shop for a full refund, Liverpool Echo reported.

When a product is recalled, for any reason, the Food Safety Agency (FSA) shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item.

The below items have all been recalled.

Baxters Food Group Ltd is recalling Fray Bentos Just Chicken Pie because it may contain small pieces of plastic. The possible presence of small pieces of plastic makes this product unsafe to eat.
