Holly hosted the six-part BBC One show alongside comedian Lee Mack which saw a bunch of celebs whisked off to Italian Alps to be taught how to love and embrace the cold by Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof.
Over the weeks viewers have watched the likes of former Manchester United footballer Patrice Evra, Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell, tenor Alfie Boe and TV presenter Gabby Logan take on a series of challenges in freezing cold temperatures – from a seemingly easy shower to swimming UNDER the ice.
