George Ezra to perform at Manchester Opera House for one night only – and more tickets available

Manic Street Preachers, Razorlight, James Bay, Red Rum Club, Scouting For Girls, The Academic, GAYLE and more have recently been confirmed to appear at Neighborhood Weekender 2022.

They join headliners Courteeners, Kasabian and Blossoms at Victoria Park, Warrington on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 May, 2022.

George Ezra, Opera House Manchester

After two blockbuster albums – Wanted On Voyage and Staying At Tamara’s – both of which reached number 1 in the UK and sold millions around the world, George Ezra is back with the announcement of a brand new album, Gold Rush Kid.

And after returning to heart and hearth, with an album written and produced entirely in London with longstanding collaborator Joel Pott, the Brit award-winner will perform an intimate show at Manchester’s Opera House later this month, for one night only.

Fleet Foxes, O2 Apollo, Manchester

Praised by critics upon release, Fleet Foxes’ latest album Shore topped a host of year-end lists, and placed on numerous others at The New Yorker, NPR, USA Today, Rolling Stone, and more.

The upcoming tour in support of Shore will mark the band’s return to live shows since 2018, following the end of their Crack-Up world tour.

The live show will feature Robin Pecknold joined by Skyler Skjelset, Casey Wescott, Christian Wargo, and Morgan Henderson.

Adam Kay’s This Is Going To Hurt, AO Arena

As an award-winning live performer, Adam has sold out multiple Edinburgh Fringe runs, West End seasons, and UK and international tours – with the live tour of This Is Going To Hurt being one of the most-attended UK shows of recent years.

Starting life as a novel, This Is Going To Hurt has also sold over 2.5 million copies, making it the bestselling UK narrative non-fiction book of the 21st century.

Now, it has been adapted as a comedy-drama series for the BBC and AMC.

On the tour, Adam said: ‘It feels like the natural progression of my surreal 2022 to go from Ben Whishaw playing me on television to performing at Wembley. 2023’s really going to have up its game – perhaps I’ll be made king or move to Jupiter.”

Charli XCX has experienced incredible success throughout her career to date, and is now back with her new single, Beg For You, with Rina Sawayama.

The English singer-songwriter is also set to release her highly-anticipated fifth album, CRASH, on March 18, 2022 – which is now available to pre-order.

Following this, the global pop star will embark on her UK and European tour this summer, which includes dates in Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield.
