Diversity heading to Manchester this spring on huge UK tour – and more tickets on sale

Saint Etienne – O2 Ritz Manchester

Britpop legends Saint Etienne have announced a performance at the Manchester O2 Ritz.

Formed in Croydon in 1990, by music journalist Bob Stanley with childhood friend Pete Wiggs and joined by singer Sarah Cracknell, Saint Etienne arose within the context of the indie-dance movement of that era but created a unique sound that – albeit accidentally – paved the way for what would later become known as Britpop.

Diversity – Opera House Manchester

May 5 to 7, 2022



Apart from their incredible live shows, Diversity are undoubtedly certified TV superstars.

In addition to returning as a Dancing on Ice judge earlier this year, Ashley Banjo is a host and creative in the BAFTA-nominated and International Emmy Award-winner The Real Full Monty, and Royal Television Society-winner The Real Full Monty: Ladies Night – with both shows raising awareness of prostate and breast cancer respectively.

Ashley was also behind two hit series of Flirty Dancing on Channel 4, appeared as a guest judge in place of Simon Cowell on ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent 2021, and hosted a new Saturday night show for ITV, entitled The Void, last summer.

Imelda May – Bridgewater Hall, Manchester

Superstar singer and songwriter Imelda’s sixth studio album, 11 Past The Hour – her first new music in four years – is a record that brims with sensuality, emotional intelligence, spirituality and intuition, marking a new chapter for Imelda and showing her at her most authentic .

Royal Blood – AO Arena, Manchester

Royal Blood – Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher – are set to perform the final few shows of their huge 2022 UK arena tour over the next week.

The tour – which saw them perform their biggest headline show to date at London’s The O2 on March 30 – represents their first full UK tour since 2017, when they sold out three consecutive nights at London’s Alexandra Palace.

Royal Blood will be joined by special guests, The Amazons.

Easter Comedy Eggstravaganza for Ukraine – O2 Apollo Manchester

Northern powerhouse comedians John Thomson and Justin Moorhouse have announced an Easter Comedy Eggstravaganza for Ukraine at Manchester O2 Apollo on Easter Monday, April 18, 2022.

Featuring Jason Manford, Johnny Vegas, Dave Spikey and more, this very special show aims to raise much-needed funds for international charity Legacy of War Foundation which provides support to civilians affected by conflict.

Neighborhood Weekender – Victoria Park, Warrington

May 28 and 29, 2022



Manic Street Preachers, Razorlight, James Bay, Red Rum Club, Scouting For Girls, The Academic, GAYLE and more are set to appear at Neighborhood Weekender this summer.

They join headliners Courteeners, Kasabian and Blossoms at Victoria Park in Warrington on Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29, 2022.
