Victoria Beckham has been slammed by a famous chef over her unusual eating habits and dinner demands.
Dani Garcia, who has three Michelin stars, claimed the former Spice Girl had “changed the whole menu” after former Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos tied the knot with his model and TV presenter wife Pilar Rubio. The famously fussy former popstar is known for her unusual eating habits, after hubby David Beckham shared she has eaten the same meal for 25 years, writes the Mirror.
Opening up on the experience of cooking for the fashion designer at the wedding banquet, Garcia told an interviewer on national Spanish TV on Monday night: “It was very strange. Victoria Beckham changed the whole menu. It was very sad because when you make such an effort, not just me and my team but the bride and groom and everyone else to create a unique menu.
“Hers was totally different and just based around vegetables. And then there were some odd things that I’ve never seen in my life. She had coconut water, all the time, a bowl of mints and then on the other side hydroalcoholic gel which is very famous now but back then wasn’t because the Covid pandemic hadn’t started. It was complicated giving Victoria her menu that night.

The Marbella born chef, who was awarded his first Michelin star when he was just 25, made his comments about David Beckham’s wife on a popular evening show called El Hormiguero which the likes of Justin Bieber and Will Smith have guested on regularly over the years.
It is one of Spain’s most watched primetime programs in its evening slot on the Antena 3 channel with around 2.5 million viewers. Victoria Beckham’s odd eating habits have been the subject of intense scrutiny for years.
During Euro 2004 she reportedly stuck to a diet of strawberries washed down with mineral water. The mum-of-four has previously revealed she won’t eat food cooked in oil, butter or sauces and doesn’t eat red meat or dairy.
Last year she said her comfort food was whole grain toast with salt on it and admitted: “To most restaurants I’m probably their worst nightmare.”
Former England captain David confessed on the River Che Table 4 podcast earlier this year: “I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I’m eating something great I want everyone to try it. Unfortunately I’m married to someone who has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviates from that.”
Sergio Ramos, now with Paris Saint-Germain, became a dad for the fourth time in July 2020 with his stunning wife after they welcomed son Maximo Adriano into the world.
