A reader asks: “What are some good ideas to help relieve stress?”


Kay says to go to the gym. That is definitely a good way to relieve stress. Working out when angry tends to provide better results as well. Also you can listen to music during the workout to help calm your nerves. You can always take a nice hot bath afterwards to help relax not only your mind but your muscles.


Ray says to go ride around town and listen to some good music. It also takes your mind off of whatever is stressing you out. Cruising around with the windows down lets in nice cool air that will help cool you down as well.
